10 GAMBAR INOVASI

Night vision contacts

Night vision contacts could be the key in the near future. University of Michigan researchers have created a super-thin material which can detect infrared light. This material is called graphene, and is a single layer of carbon atoms that can sense the infrared spectrum. So, this graphene will be installed on night vision contacts.

metal detecting sandals

these special sandals are helping treasure hunters everywhere put their best foot forward. Powered via a battery pack that straps to your calf and vibrates or buzzes when metal is detected, they can seek out items up to two feet below the surface.

Digital cutting board

The Almighty Board is the ultimate kitchen assistant. This smart-board will simultaneously serve as your cutting board, display your recipes, provide step-by-step directions and weigh your ingredients out for you. After you wash it, it will even tell you if it has been cleaned enough to avoid cross-contamination or food poisoning. If only it could do the dishes too!

Stick anywhere digital clock

Digital clock: only figures, no case, only the necessary – only accurate time. Each figure has self-contained power supply and independent control, it can be fixed to any surface autonomously. A light sensor will switch the clock to an invert mode: the figures are white in the dark time of day and black at daytime.

Led Faucet

Tired of that same old monotonous water? Bored with water that doesn't look like futuristic alien mouthwash? Need to make your midnight bathroom appointments more exhilarating? Then you need to get the LED faucet light attachment from ThinkGeek. You can turn any faucet in your home into a streaming fantasia of techie-bliss in just minutes. How does it work? Just attach to the end of your faucet (universal adapters included), and when the water flows through the magic chamber, it simply turns on the LED array and illuminates the stream with soothingly powerful hues. Not only does your water light up, but the color light changes with the water's temperature. When the water is cold, you see BLUE LED's until the water temperature hits 89 degrees after which the LEDs turn RED (now with a brushed chrome finish)!

Polar pillow

The Polar Pillow is part regular pillow and part scientific gel.  The Polar Pillow does not require refrigeration, charging or electricity – so how does it work?  The blue side of the pillow is filled with 200 ounces of endothermic gel that uses the coolness of ambient room temperature to dissipate body heat.   Yes, you read that right -200 ounces!  This is why the PolarPillow is also the heaviest pillow you will ever feel – about 12 pounds!

Groundbreaking Technology Will Revolutionize Blood Pressure Measurement

In a scientific breakthrough, a new blood pressure measurement device is set to revolutionise the way patients' blood pressure is measured. The new approach, invented by scientists at the University of Leicester and in Singapore, has the potential to enable doctors to treat their patients more effectively because it gives a more accurate reading than the current method used. It does this by measuring the pressure close to the heart -- the central aortic systolic pressure or CASP.
